Lychee

A few years ago I discovered this curious fruit-lychee. But until last year I didn't try it out because to be honest, it looked a bit funny. It has a thick pointy outer layer that covers the white edible part inside. I've seen some that are green, but I go for the ones that are red. So once you peel off the red layer, you can eat the inside. But just be careful not to eat the pit inside. Just toss it out along with the peel. It is absolutely delicious. I'm not sure how to describe it though. It has the taste of all exotic fruits, yet it's unique. It's extremely sweet and juicy. So I highly recommend it! I could explain all the benefits to eating lychee but it would take a ton of time and I'm sure you'll be bored so I'll skip that part.
